Welcome to HomeExplora, operated by Emurox Studios. By creating an account, browsing properties, listing properties, or using any HomeExplora services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use HomeExplora.

1. Eligibility

HomeExplora is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the application, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Keep your password secure.
  • Do not share your account.
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

3. Property Listings

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of every property they publish on HomeExplora.

  • Listings must be truthful.
  • No misleading prices.
  • No fake properties.
  • No stolen images.
  • No illegal content.
  • No duplicate spam listings.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users must not use HomeExplora for unlawful or harmful activities.

  • Fraud.
  • Impersonation.
  • Harassment.
  • Money laundering.
  • Posting false information.
  • Uploading malicious software.
  • Attempting unauthorized access.
  • Violating applicable laws.

5. Premium Services

HomeExplora may offer Premium subscriptions that provide additional features and increased visibility for users.

  • Premium benefits are subject to change.
  • Subscription fees are displayed before purchase.
  • Premium access begins after successful payment verification.

6. Boost Listings

Users may purchase Boost Listings to improve the visibility of eligible property listings.

  • Boost duration depends on the selected plan.
  • Boost services begin after successful payment confirmation.
  • Expired Boosts are not automatically renewed unless stated otherwise.

7. Payments

Payments for Premium subscriptions and Boost Listings are securely processed through Paystack and any future approved payment providers that HomeExplora may integrate.

HomeExplora does not store your debit card or credit card details.

8. Refund Policy

Refund requests are reviewed individually. Refunds may be granted where required by law or where a verified technical issue prevented the purchased service from being delivered. Premium subscriptions and Boost Listing purchases that have already been successfully activated are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

The HomeExplora name, branding, software, logos, designs, text, graphics, and other platform content are owned by Emurox Studios or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of the platform without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

HomeExplora provides a marketplace that connects users. We do not own, inspect, verify, broker, or guarantee any property listed on the platform.

All negotiations and transactions take place directly between users. Users are responsible for conducting appropriate due diligence before entering into any agreement.

HomeExplora is not responsible for the condition, ownership, legality, pricing, availability, or quality of any property listed by users. Users are encouraged to independently verify all information before making financial commitments.

11. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or permanently remove accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, misuse the platform, or pose a security risk to other users.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of HomeExplora after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
