Delete Your HomeExplora Account
HomeExplora allows you to permanently delete your account directly from within the app. Once your account is deleted, your profile and associated data will be removed in accordance with our data retention policy.
How To Delete Your Account
- Open the HomeExplora app.
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion request.
If you are unable to access your account, you may contact our support team for assistance.

What Happens After Deletion?
- Your HomeExplora account is permanently deleted.
- Your profile will no longer be visible to other users.
- Your uploaded property listings are permanently removed.
- Your uploaded property images and videos are permanently removed from storage.
- Your favourites, follows, reports, notifications and other account-related data are removed where applicable.
- Your profile picture is permanently deleted.
- Your Firebase Authentication account is permanently removed.
Information That May Be Retained
To help prevent fraud, abuse, and comply with applicable laws, HomeExplora may retain limited records after account deletion where legally permitted or required.
- Account deletion audit records.
- Fraud prevention records.
- Security and system logs.
- Payment records where applicable.
- Information required for legal or regulatory compliance.
These retained records are not visible to other users and are kept solely for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal obligations.
